what is individual therapy?

Individual therapy is one of the only places in life we get to be unapologetically us - even those parts of ourselves we aren't so sure about. Drawing upon pluralistic psychotherapeutic and counselling insight, we offer the unique opportunity to explore the intersection of our past and how that shows up in our experience of the present. For many of us, we have perfected the art of masking, avoiding, or appeasing our inner worlds... understandably ill-equipped by society to explore our feelings, beliefs, behaviours, and relationship with ourselves.
